An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join a leading banking institution and take ownership of a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation program valued at over $1.2 billion.

This is a highly visible role operating across local, regional and offshore teams, where you will act as the central point of coordination across multiple critical banking workstreams, ensuring successful delivery, governance, stakeholder management and regulatory compliance.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for overseeing a complex, multi-year transformation program spanning five critical banking platforms and functions, working closely with both the local and regional PMO teams while coordinating delivery across Australia and India.

Key workstreams include:

• Payments
• Remittance
• CASA & General Ledger Systems
• Trade Finance
• Loans Platform
• Trade & Markets

This role requires a strong leader who can navigate large-scale transformation initiatives, manage executive stakeholders, drive program governance and ensure alignment across multiple business and technology streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a multi-billion-dollar banking transformation program
• Act as the primary point of contact across all program workstreams
• Manage relationships with local, regional and offshore stakeholders
• Drive governance, reporting, risk management and executive communications
• Coordinate program activities across multiple delivery teams and business units
• Partner with local and regional PMOs to ensure successful execution and alignment
• Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory and compliance obligations

Essential Requirements
Banking regulatory experience is mandatory. No compromises.
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience delivering transformation programs within banking environments and possess strong knowledge of:

• CPS230 Operational Risk Management
• APS210 Prudential Standard Liquidity

Additionally, you will bring:

• Extensive Program Management experience within large financial services organisations
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across executive and board-level audiences
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple dependencies
• Experience working across regional and offshore delivery teams
