About the role

We are hiring a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help operate and continuously improve the cloud platforms that power Juvare's mission-critical enterprise resilience solutions. In this role, you'll own day-to-day cloud operations and service reliability for regional clients and global environments, partnering across Engineering, Security, and customer teams to coordinate deployments, incidents, and escalations across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day cloud operations and service reliability for regional clients and global environments

• Partner across Engineering, Security, and customer teams to coordinate deployments, incidents, and escalations across multiple time zones

• Support scalable SaaS environments across regions

• Incident response and on-call support

• Support regional clients and escalation handling

About you

• Strong experience with AWS and Azure; with a cloud-agnostic mindset

• Strong database operations experience (backup/restore, replication, performance tuning, access management)

• Strong experience with Terraform

• CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, GitHub)

• Strong experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate, AKS, EKS)

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)

• Exposure to security tooling (WAF, SIEM, vulnerability management)

• Experience in production operations (incident response, on-call, RCA)

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design

• Ability to operate independently in a remote-first setup
