About Your New Role
 
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business and technology across multiple enterprise projects spanning applications, infrastructure, and operational systems.
 
You will work closely with Project Managers, solution architects, developers, vendors, and senior business stakeholders to define, analyse, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable successful delivery.
 
Operating in a fast-paced and complex environment, you will support multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading business analysis activities across end-to-end technology delivery lifecycle
• Experience across both Application & Infrastructure programs is ideal - Application program experience is preferred 
• Eliciting, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translating complex business problems into clear user stories, process maps, and solution requirements
• Supporting delivery across applications and infrastructure-related initiatives
• Facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Managing requirements traceability across scope, design, testing, and implementation
• Working closely with Project Managers to support scope definition, prioritisation, and delivery planning
• Engaging with vendors and delivery partners to ensure requirements alignment
• Supporting governance, documentation, and executive reporting inputs
• Ensuring solutions align with business objectives, operational needs, and compliance requirements

About You
You are a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in delivering complex Application & Technology Infrastructure initiatives within large enterprise environments. You will be experienced at dealing with a range of stakeholders, can push back, will know what business questions to ask and play an active role in the projects. You will be a Business Analyst who can scope out new solutions and provide answers before your stakeholders know the question. You will be a commercially savyy BA who can sense-check and ask smart questions to senior team members.
 
You are comfortable operating across both business and technical domains, with the ability to influence stakeholders, clarify ambiguity, and drive alignment in complex delivery settings.
 
To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst across enterprise-scale technology projects
• Strong exposure to both applications and infrastructure-related initiatives
• Background in enterprise or regulated industries beneficial (transport, utilities, logistics, energy, healthcare, banking or manufacturing) highly regarded
• Strong capability in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation
• Experience working within structured delivery environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical groups
• Experience working with vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong focus on outcomes, business value, and delivery quality

Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile certifications, or ITIL exposure will be highly regarded.
