Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program reporting, including status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Maintain and actively manage risk, issue, and dependency registers
- Track actions, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with program timelines
- Prepare meeting packs, minutes, and action logs, ensuring follow-through on outcomes
- Engage with workstream leads to gather, validate, and consolidate updates
- Ensure consistency and quality across project documentation, templates, and standards
- Assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting (where required)
- Drive a structured, disciplined PMO approach to support effective delivery
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a PMO Coordinator / Senior PMO Analyst
- 7+ years' experience within project/program delivery environments (e.g. Project Officer, Program Coordinator, PMO)
- Strong background in large, complex, multi-workstream programs (IT/digital environments highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience across core PMO activities including reporting, governance, RAID management, scheduling, and documentation
- A strong "doer" mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar frameworks)
- Advanced skills in reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and PM systems (e.g. MS Project, Jira, or similar)
- Highly organised, structured, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience engaging and presenting to senior leaders of an organisation
