Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on a asset data integration project. This role will play a critical part in bridging business needs with technical delivery, particularly across SAP systems and GIS platforms.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to complex asset management programs

• Strong experience in Asset Management environments (e.g., utilities, transport, infrastructure, mining, or energy)
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, and data models
• Drive integration initiatives involving SAP (PM/EAM modules) and GIS systems (e.g., ESRI, ArcGIS)
• Deep understanding of SAP (preferably PM/EAM modules)
• Proven experience working with GIS systems and asset spatial data (e.g., ESRI/ArcGIS)
• Demonstrated experience in SAP-GIS data integration or system interfacing
• Strong skills in business process modelling (BPMN), data analysis, and requirements documentation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
