Your Role

As a Workday Lead within our PBS - Oracle team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.

You will play a key role in:

• Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Security, Recruiting, Learning, Absence and Advanced Compensation.

• Develop and deliver system training and documentation for end-users.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system optimization.

• Stay updated on Workday system updates, releases, and new features, providing guidance on their impact to existing processes.

• Assist in integrations between Workday and other third-party systems.

• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday HCM.

Your Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementation and support.

• Certification: Workday HCM Core Certification

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Absence, Talent & Performance Management, Security and Recruiting.

• Experience with business process configuration and reporting tools within Workday.

• Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows, as well as system best practices.

• Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and calculated fields is a plus.

Profile description:

Your profile

• Strong Workday experience. Minimum 5+ years HR experience such as Workday Implementation Experience at Senior level.
• Workday HCM or Pro certifications will be preferred.
• Minimum 10 years relevant IT technical experience in the delivery and/or operations of software systems.
• Minimum 2 years of Agile delivery experience.
• 5+ years of experience in integrating multi-application and cross-partner business IT solutions.
• 5 years+ HCM experience with successful technology projects, including multiple implementation or upgrade projects.
• Understanding of Workday PECI and Studio integrations.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management.
• Experience leading Agile/DevOps Implementation experience.
• Proven experience in delivering large projects with onshore-offshore delivery model.
