The AI Transformation Specialist is a senior role driving TLC’s AI-first transformation, combining strategy, delivery and coaching to design scalable frameworks, lead adoption workstreams and embed new ways of working across the organisation.

This is a 12-month contract role based in our Brisbane CBD office. We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment that blends remote work with on-site presence as needed to meet key deliverables. Please note, this role will be engaged as a contractor, on assignment at the Lottery Corporation through Hudson Talent Solutions.

What you’ll do 

• Own and drive the AI-first transformation strategy and operating model, embedding scalable ways of working and capability frameworks across the organisation

• Lead organisational redesign across use case streams, structuring squads and aligning capabilities to outcomes enabled by AI and automation

• Translate executive strategy into operational commitment, building AI fluency and leadership capability across the general management layer

• Deliver end-to-end adoption outcomes, ensuring new ways of working are fully embedded and sustained beyond deployment

• Develop and scale AI-first playbooks, codifying best practices, squad models and adoption patterns for enterprise-wide reuse

• Build internal transformation capability and provide executive-level insight on progress, risks and adoption across the portfolio

What you’ll bring  

• Proven experience leading large-scale organisational transformation in complex enterprises, redesigning operating models, squads, and capability alignment to deliver measurable outcomes

• Strong coaching and influencing skills, able to shift entrenched behaviours and drive genuine commitment from senior leaders and teams

• Expertise in facilitation and co-design with resistant stakeholders, translating buy-in into practical changes in processes and team structures

• Execution-focused, with the ability to build scalable transformation frameworks (playbooks, capability models, adoption metrics) across multiple workstreams

• Working knowledge of AI-first and automation-led operating models, with credibility across both technical and business leadership environments

• Experience developing and scaling AI-first ways of working playbooks, embedding repeatable practices and institutionalising knowledge across the organisation
