About the Role

This is a technical support role. You'll be the person who digs into a problem, works out what's gone wrong, and gets things running again. A solid understanding of Linux, IP and networking is a big advantage because you'll lean on it daily to diagnose issues. It's about keeping our customers' services healthy and keeping our customers informed.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Diagnosing and resolving production issues via remote access

• Performing service restorations

• Deploying TruTeq software into high-security environments

• Writing scripts to make the work smarter

• Creating clear, detailed customer-facing reports

• Providing support and guidance to clients

• Working closely with our software development teams

No two days look the same, and you'll have real responsibility from early on.

About You

We're genuinely flexible on experience, and here's how we think about it: if you're light on years, we'd want to see relevant qualifications backing you up. If you're light on formal qualifications, strong hands-on experience more than makes up for it. Either way, a real curiosity and passion for the technology is a massive plus.

You'll likely have:

• A good working knowledge of Linux, IP protocols and networking

• Comfort in a terminal, reading log files, and making sense of network traces

• Familiarity with common debugging tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A customer-first mindset and a love of problem-solving

• The ability to stay calm and effective when things get busy

Exposure to CI/CD, automation, and containerisation (Docker or Kubernetes) is a bonus, not a requirement. Occasional after-hours work is sometimes needed, but to be clear, this is genuinely occasional and not a rostered on-call roster.

Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 + super, depending on your qualifications and experience.
