Our Adelaide based customer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics Finance, Supply and Asset Management implementation.

This role will oversee vendor delivery, coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

The successful candidate will bring strong project governance, vendor management, stakeholder engagement and change management experience across finance, supply chain, asset management and ICT functions.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Manage project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting.

2. Oversee vendor performance and hold delivery partners accountable.

3. Coordinate requirements validation, design finalisation, testing, training and business readiness.

4. Lead stakeholder engagement, governance forums and change management activities.

5. Maintain project documentation, performance metrics and benefits realisation tracking.

About you

• You must be based in Adelaide as this role is on site, FIFO not an option

• You must have experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.

• PMs with CRM experience will not be considered

You will have:

•    Strong vendor, stakeholder and project governance capability.

•    Understanding of finance, supply chain and asset management processes.

•    Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and problem-solving skills.

•    Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMBOK is preferred.
