About the role

We are expanding our team and we're looking for a passionate and proactive Integration Consultant to join our fast-growing, innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in B2B integration, EDI, and software development to play a key role in delivering robust integration solutions using MessageXchange and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design, develop, test, implement, and support B2B integration solutions using MessageXchange

• Specify and document customer message guidelines and business processes

• Configure, develop, and test messages, maps, data stores, and reports on MessageXchange

• Apply knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, XML, iDocs, Flat Files, JSON), internet technologies (e.g. XSLT), and messaging protocols (HTTPS, Web Services, SFTP, API)

• Provide Level 3 customer support for customer issues and assist the support team with Level 1 & 2 enquiries

• Activate new customers on MessageXchange and manage trading partner migration, including preparing activation documents and assisting with registrations

• Support the sales team with opportunity analysis, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation

• Perform other duties as directed to support business operations
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of IT (BIT), Bachelor of IS (BIS)

• 5+ years of experience as an EDI/B2B Integration specialist

• Programming skills – JavaScript, XML, XSLT(XPath) and XSLT

• Knowledge of transmission protocols and Electronic Document Standards such as Web service, HTTPs Post, FTP/SFTP, AS2, EDIFACT, X12, XML, CSV, JSON etc

• Relational database knowledge and design (SQL), and BPM.

• Excellent communication skills to provide customer support.
