The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the implementation of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the Wiseway Group. This role will work closely with operational teams, management, and the IT department to improve productivity, customer experience, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives across freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, customer service, finance, and sales.

·         Identify business processes suitable for AI and automation.

·         Implement Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power Automate, Power BI, and other digital solutions.

·         Work closely with the CTO and software development team on technology projects.

·         Develop AI adoption, training, and change management programs.

·         Create process maps, business requirements, and project documentation.

·         Monitor project outcomes and measure ROI and productivity improvements.

·         Drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

·         Stay informed of emerging AI and logistics technologies.

About You

·         5+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, business systems, process improvement, digital transformation, or related fields.

·         Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

·         Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

·         Ability to bridge business operations and technology teams.

·         Passion for innovation and operational excellence.

Highly Desirable

·         Freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, or logistics industry experience.

·         CargoWise experience.

·         Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, and Power BI.

·         Business analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement qualifications.

·         Experience leading organisational change or transformation projects.
