As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a highly skilled Level 3 Project Engineer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys owning outcomes, from deep escalations to project delivery and security hardening.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

·         Implement and deliver infrastructure projects across server, network, cloud, and security technologies.

·         Maintain and support critical server and network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance and adherence to best‑practice standards.

·         Lead advanced technical escalations from the Service Desk for complex or high‑impact issues.

·         Drive vulnerability remediation and security uplift activities across client environments (including Essential 8 alignment).

·         Create and maintain technical documentation.

·         Collaborate with internal teams and clients, providing guidance and clear communication.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with both depth of expertise and strong people skills:

Core Experience & Technical Skills

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical services or MSP engineering role.

·         Advanced troubleshooting capability across server, networking, cloud and security technologies.

·         Strong understanding of Microsoft Server, Active Directory/Entra, Intune, M365, Defender, and Azure‑based services.

·         Demonstrated experience with network infrastructure (Cisco, UniFi) and firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto).

·         Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam backups, patching workflows and change management.

·         Ability to execute project work including scoping, documentation, testing, snapshot/rollback planning and client communication.

·         Exposure to or interest in uplift programs such as the Essential 8 or ISO 27001.
