They are in the "greenfield" phase—building strategy, team, and their future from scratch. We are looking for a foundational leader to be the founding member of their Commercial Strategy and Analytics function.

As the Founding Commercial Strategy Lead, you will be the 2IC to the Head of Data, tasked with creating the entire commercial data playbook, defining the 3-year roadmap, and ultimately, building a team to execute your vision.

What You’ll Do:

• Build from zero: Design and implement the commercial data and analytics strategy from the ground up.
• Bridge Policy and Profit: Translate high-level health strategy and policy into actionable, data-driven commercial initiatives.
• Own the Roadmap: Develop the 3-year strategic vision for how we use data to drive commercial outcomes and improve customer health navigation.
• Influence & Partner: Act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, building relationships across finance, clinical, and product teams to drive alignment and secure investment.
• Lead & Grow: Chart the course to build and lead a future team of analysts and data professionals.
