  • Analyse current‑state (“as‑is”) and design future‑state (“to‑be”) business processes and capabilities.

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models.

  • Support solution design by working closely with project teams, business owners, architects, third party providers, developers, and testers.

  • Support vendor selection processes including analysis and comparison of potential solutions.

  • Ensure requirements are traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Assist with impact analysis, change management, and business readiness activities.

  • Support testing activities, including UAT planning, defect triage, and validation against requirements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BA standards, templates, and practices.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a project, program, or product environment.

  • Strong understanding of the Finance function in a mid-tier organisation and the systems and processes that support that function.

  • Strong elicitation and documentation skills.

  • Experience with process modelling and analysis techniques.

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured artefacts.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proven experience in a successful ERP/Finance upgrade/implementation project.

  • You will be required to obtain or provide a National Police Clearance no older than 3 months as part of the recruitment process.

 What we offer:

  • A competitive remuneration for fixed term

  • A comprehensive benefits and wellbeing program
