About APLYiD

APLYiD is a no-nonsense AML/KYC/KYB compliance platform operating across New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We help businesses in real estate, legal, and financial services meet their compliance obligations — without the admin overhead. Our platform is fast, auditable, and built for teams with other things to do.

We're a small, focused team. Our website is central to how we reach and convert customers across three markets, and we're looking for a developer who can take ongoing ownership of it.

The role

This role sits at the intersection of our Marketing team and Engineering squad. Your primary focus is delivering on the marketing website backlog, building new components, maintaining the existing codebase, and shipping improvements across the APLYiD website. The site is built on Next.js 15 with Sanity as the headless CMS, you’ll be working in both the front-end component layer and the Sanity schema layer to bring new content types and page sections to life. This is an initial three-month engagement with a possibility to engage longer term.

When the marketing backlog is lighter, you’ll be expected to pick up frontend work from the product engineering squad collaborating with our designer, PM, and engineers on product development initiatives. Our frontend product app is also built in React and TypeScript, so the context switch is seamless. We want someone comfortable operating across both teams and iterating with us over time.
