About the Role

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Junior IT Officer will provide technical support across the organisation, ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and improvement of IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to supporting end users across multiple sites. This Full Time position is based at our Head Office, located in Burswood WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, remote support tools, and in person.
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets while maintaining IT documentation and knowledge bases.
• Install, configure, and support hardware, software, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Provision and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Monitor and support network, server, and site-based IT infrastructure.
• Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects.
• Deliver end-user training and technical guidance.
• Respond promptly to service requests and technical issues.
• Travel to Roshana sites as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, operating systems, and networked environments.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant IT qualifications or industry certifications (desirable).
