Your new role

As an Integration Architect, you will provide strategic and hands-on architecture leadership to enable a safe, scalable, and governed integration ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping how agent-based systems, enterprise platforms, and data services interact within a federated model.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the target integration architecture and roadmap aligned with enterprise platforms
• Establishing reference patterns including API-led and event-driven architectures
• Designing integration between Agent Control Tower and enterprise systems (ERP, OT, and data platforms)
• Defining integration patterns for agent-to-system and system-to-system interactions
• Implementing secure integration gateways and enforcing governance controls
• Leading the definition and standardisation of data contracts (schemas, SLAs, ownership)
• Driving contract-first design across APIs and event streams
• Enabling real-time event-driven integration frameworks
• Establishing API lifecycle governance and access control models
• Supporting observability through telemetry, monitoring, and traceability frameworks
• Coaching delivery teams and embedding federated governance, standards, and reusable assets

What you'll need to succeed

• To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 8-12+ years of experience in integration or enterprise architecture
  • Deep expertise in API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and integration platforms
  • Strong experience defining data contracts, canonical models, and interoperability standards
  • Proven ability to design scalable, secure integration solutions across complex ecosystems
  • Experience working with enterprise systems including ERP, OT, or large data platforms
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills
