GTM Operations Engineer (Sales & Cx Ops)

Gasbot is looking for a GTM Operations Engineer to own the systems, automations, and workflows that power our go-to-market engine. This is primarily a technical role — you'll spend most of your time building, not managing relationships. But you'll also carry a portfolio of customer accounts, which means you understand the operational problems you're solving firsthand.

You'll work directly with our CTO to connect our subsystems, automate our CX and sales operations, and build agentic AI workflows that push what's possible. n8n is our preferred automation platform and MCP is central to how we think about AI tooling.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain automations across our GTM stack using n8n

• Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using MCP to connect AI agents to our tools and data sources

• Integrate and optimise Zendesk across our CX, sales, and operations workflows

• Connect subsystems across sales, CX, and operations — reducing manual work and improving data flow

• Work directly with our CTO to scope and ship integrations

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts — close enough to the customer to know where the operational gaps are

• Write Python and JavaScript scripts for reporting, data extraction, and custom workflow logic

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building production workflows in n8n — this is non-negotiable

• Solid understanding of agentic AI workflows and MCP — you know how agents connect to tools and data

• Python and JavaScript at a working level — you write and ship code independently

• Comfortable with REST APIs — reading docs, building integrations, debugging responses

• Hands-on Zendesk experience — configured and optimised it, not just used it as a ticket queue

• CX or account management background — you've owned customer relationships before

• Genuinely up to date on the AI tooling landscape — you follow the space and bring new tools into your work

• Technically credible — comfortable working directly alongside a CTO as a peer

Bonus Points

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)

• Background in IoT, or industrial sectors

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology startup
