You will be working on a brand-new greenfield Salesforce implementation for a large enterprise customer. As the Salesforce Enterprise Architect you will be the very first Salesforce resource to join the team and we will build from there.
Lead, drive and own the end-to-end architecture of their Salesforce platform, focusing on strategic enterprise alignment.
Your experience
Ideally you have 5 – 7 years experience as a Salesforce Architect, preferably with a technical background and in an enterprise scale environment.
Proven architectural leadership experience across Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud & personalisation, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft.
Exposure to Commerce Cloud and Agentforce / AI-driven automation is highly valued.
Strong background in enterprise data modelling, identity resolution strategies, and API-led integration.
Establishing architecture principles, validating designs with Salesforce Professional Services, and mitigating technical debt.
Ability to think strategically, influence executive stakeholders, and challenge partners when necessary.
Excellent documentation and architecture visualisation skills.
While not mandatory, Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
Experience with AI & agentic governance, including understanding AI risk, compliance, and guardrail design, is preferred
