We’re looking for a Business Systems & Technology Lead to work closely with the CIO and play a key role in shaping the company’s technology direction while multiple advancements are underway.

This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, security, and delivery.

What you’ll do

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements, ensuring technology solutions align to strategic goals

• Identify process inefficiencies and design smarter, more scalable system solutions

• Lead complex technology initiatives end-to-end, including system migrations, device rollouts, software deployments and route optimisation projects

• Develop functional specifications and support target-state solution design across transformation initiatives

• Act as Information Security Officer, strengthening risk mitigation, access controls and security monitoring

• Work with managed service providers to implement and maintain security solutions (including DLP platforms)

• Provide senior-level technical troubleshooting to minimise downtime of critical systems

• Create user documentation and deliver training to drive adoption of new systems

• Own vendor relationships and lead structured quarterly business reviews with technology partners
