JSLmedia is looking for an experienced Web Designer who can manage complete website builds from start to finish. This is not a “small piece of a big team” role. We need someone who can handle the entire project independently, from client briefing through to design, build and launch.

Most of our projects are for small to medium-sized businesses, so you must be confident speaking directly with clients and taking ownership of delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing complete website projects from briefing to launch

• Leading client discovery conversations and translating requirements into functional design

• Designing and building responsive websites in Duda, WordPress and Shopify

• Creating intuitive, conversion-focused user experiences

• Customising themes and layouts to align with brand identity

• Managing timelines and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule

• Providing post-launch support and ongoing updates where required

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience building websites independently

• Strong hands-on experience with Duda, WordPress and Shopify

• Ability to manage a project form start to end

• Confident communicating directly with clients

• Strong understanding of UX, layout, conversion design and responsive builds

• Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot front-end issues

• High attention to detail and pride in polished execution

This role suits someone who has worked in a smaller agency or freelance environment and is comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
