We are a leading multi-national signage company delivering turnkey signage solutions to major retail and commercial clients across Australia and internationally. Known for our quality, reliability and service, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of digital signage and LED screens to join our team in a long-term role.

You will join and become part of our established Digital Retail Media infrastructure team, responsible for delivering large-scale digital signage networks and LED display installations for major retailers.

About the Role

You will manage digital signage and LED screen projects from specification through to installation and handover. While the role is primarily project management, you will also provide technical leadership, including specifying systems, configuring hardware in-house where required, and guiding installers during site works.

You will work closely with our internal teams responsible for digital retail media infrastructure, ensuring systems are delivered to a high technical and operational standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital signage and LED screen projects from concept through to completion

• Specify appropriate LED display systems, processors and supporting hardware

• Assemble, configure and test LED display systems in-house when required

• Configure and commission LED control systems (e.g. NovaStar or similar)

• Coordinate manufacturing, logistics and installation schedules

• Provide technical guidance to installation teams and subcontractors on site

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning

• Ensure installations meet quality, safety and client requirements

• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Occasionally support client meetings where technical input is required

Skills & Experience

• Experience with LED screens, video walls or digital signage systems

• Familiarity with NovaStar or similar LED control systems

• Ability to specify display hardware, processors and system architecture

• Strong troubleshooting and commissioning capability

• Experience managing technical installation projects

• Practical technical skills and the ability to assist with system setup when required

• Strong organisation and communication skills
