Senior Technology Consultant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking multiple Senior Consultants and Managers to deliver technology advisory and transformation services across Federal Government and Defence clients.

These roles span data, AI, cloud and software domains and are suited to professionals who combine strong technical exposure with a genuine desire to consult. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, guide delivery and support complex ICT programs of national significance.

This is a client facing advisory role rather than a purely technical build position.

• Permanent full-time position

• Canberra based only

• NV1 Security Clearance (or higher)

Responsibilities

• Deliver advisory and consulting services across data, AI, cloud and software initiatives

• Support digital transformation and ICT modernisation programs

• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps and operating model recommendations

• Contribute to business case development, investment analysis and program planning

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide advice to senior executives

• Lead or manage workstreams within complex government programs

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges

• Produce high quality written deliverables including reports, briefing packs and strategic documentation

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You

• Experience working within Federal Government and/or Defence environments

• Exposure to complex ICT programs across data, AI, cloud or software

• Strong stakeholder engagement capability at senior levels

• Ability to operate in structured governance environments

• Experience contributing to or leading consulting style engagements

• Strong written communication skills suitable for executive audiences

• Current NV1 security clearance minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Commerce or a related discipline

• Relevant certifications in cloud, data or project delivery are advantageous
