What You’ll Do:

Design, build and optimise high-performance C++ applications powering trading and execution systems. Collaborate with Traders, Researchers and Quants to turn complex ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing, testing, deploying and maintaining trading and automation applications

• Gathering requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders

• Delivering reliable, low-latency solutions with strong testability

• Balancing latency, throughput, scalability and maintainability

• Contributing to greenfield projects with full ownership

• Working within Linux environments using modern DevOps practices

About You:

• Strong C++ programming skills (modern standards preferred)

• Comfortable working in Linux environments

• Confident gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders

• Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Python, Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous
